Saint’s Devotion and Bolg

Last weekend I enjoyed a couple of new brews while making my Festivus pole.

The first was The Lost Abbey’s Saint’s Devotion. It has a slight bitterness to it with a hint of citrus. Yet it was refreshing and crisp.

In celebration of the third Hobbit movie coming to theaters, I drank “The Hobbit: Bolg,” which was named after the Orc Chieftain. The brew is a Belgian Tripel. It was strong and full of flavor.
